Designing the Evaluation Index for the E-Government Interoperability Task Force.

This report evaluates the E-Government Interoperability Task Force as one of the key pillars in providing smart services to citizens within the e-government system of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this study, researchers from the Shakhes Governance Think Tank first introduced and conducted a general assessment of the task force, then examined its legal standing. Finally, a framework and an index have been designed and proposed for evaluating the performance of this task force.
