Assessment of the High Commission for Content Production Enhancement

This report has been prepared with the aim of diagnosing issues and redesigning the High Commission for Content Production as the executive arm of the Content Deputy of the National Cyberspace Center. Based on an analysis of stakeholder and expert viewpoints, serious weaknesses in the commission’s role performance have been identified. In this study, through interviews with key commission members, individual members of the Supreme Council of Cyberspace, and content domain experts, the most critical shortcomings have been extracted, and recommendations have been proposed to address these challenges.
